im in need of some finatual payment on my bills i have a 121.00 light bill due now and a 110.00 phone bill and a 300.00 gas bill which was shut off i just barred my mom and took all my money to do so im on welfare i get only 609.00 a month and my rent is 550.00 a month i need help with my utilities can u please help a mom inneed
